  • All perishable food orders are final.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • TurDucKen, TurDucKlet, TurDucKen Roll and 1/2 TurDucKen Rolls that are ordered to be shipped are all uncooked and REQUIRE COOKING.
  • We ship your TurDucKen FROZEN! We use plenty of ice packs in a custom branded insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive in excellent condition whether you choose Standard or Expedited shipping. Some thawing during shipping is normal and should be expected. As long as the product is below 41 F, it is safe to refreeze.
  • If you are selecting Standard Shipping for your perishable foods, your package will be delivered in 2-3 Business Days because we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays ONLY. If you need your package delivered for a specific date, please advise with a date in the "Comment" box when checking out. You'll see the "Comment" box when finalizing your order in the “Checkout” window.
  • We encourage perishable orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address.
